DR SADOVE
Dr. Richard Sadove is a board certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who specializes in a full range of plastic surgery services. With over 30 years experience and a dedication to continuing education, Dr. Sadove offers extensive experience, and a wealth of knowledge in the most advanced and innovative surgical techniques and procedures. Dr. Sadove performs a vast array of surgical procedures with emphasis on face and neck rejuvenation, plastic surgery of the eyelids, nose, and ears as well as breast surgery, including breast augmentation with gummy bear cohesive gel breast implants.

TERA
Office Manager, Tera began a career in the beauty & wellness industry more than 20 years ago. She studied Labiaplasty in Philadelphia, Pa where she became a dually licensed spa professional in 1995. Tera moved Gainesville in 2003 where she went on to manage the largest day spa in North Florida for many years. She was excited to join Sadove Plastic Surgery in 2018

ROBIN
Robin is an RN with over 40 years of extensive operating room experience in leading major medical institutions. She assists Dr Sadove in the operating room and office procedures/ patient care. She enjoys travel, gardening, and makes custom greeting cards.

Mary F. Solinger
Many of you will remember Mary as she worked with Dr Sadove for a decade. Mary has now retired to her joy of horse care and riding. She keeps in close contact with the office and we will miss her.

Teresa Fletcher
I am starting my 10th year at Sadove Labiaplasty Cosmetic Surgery. It has been exciting to be a part of the positive changes that are possible through plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.
I have been in healthcare field for 30 years. I have received my degrees from Florida State University and FIU. I held a license as a Physical Therapist. Teresa is now working part time.
