Dr Sadove
Tera
Tera began a career in the beauty & wellness industry more than 20 years ago. She studied in Philadelphia, Pa where she became a dually licensed spa professional in 1995. Tera moved Gainesville in 2003 where she went on to manage the largest day spa in North Florida for many years. She was excited to join Sadove Plastic Surgery in 2018

Robin
Robin is an RN with over 40 years of extensive operating room experience in leading major medical institutions. She assists Dr Sadove in the operating room and office procedures/ patient care. She enjoys travel, gardening, and makes custom greeting cards.
Robina Shapiro
Robina is a licensed clinical esthetician who spent 17 years in Switzerland prior to moving to Gainesville in 1998. She has participated in numerous national and international skin care seminars and hasdone extensive training at the International Dermal Institute in California. Robina’s expertise lies in the treatment of acne, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation and provides the most advanced dermal services with high quality pharmaceutical grade products and tools. Robina speaks five languages and possesses a wealth of knowledge on skin care techniques globally.
Mary F. Solinger
I have been working at Sadove Cosmetic Surgery for 9 years and I love it! Wonderful patients and great co-workers make it a pleasure. I enjoy helping patients each step of the way from consult through post-op. It is a pleasure to be a part of Sadove Cosmetic Surgery, where Dr. Sadove and all the staff truly care about our patients.
I am originally from New York where I was employed in a large and prestigious Plastic Surgery Center for 6 years. My husband and I moved our family to Florida 10 years ago where I have continued my career as a Medical Office Manager/Administrator in Plastic Surgery.
On weekends I enjoy spending time riding my horse with friends, kayaking with my husband and visiting our children in West Palm Beach.
Teresa Fletcher
I am starting my 10th year at Sadove Cosmetic Surgery. It has been exciting to be a part of the positive changes that are possible through plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.
I have been in healthcare field for 30 years. I have received my degrees from Florida State University and FIU. I held a license as a Physical Therapist.
